On Site Administrator

We currently have an immediate opening for a On Site Administrator in Peoria area. This position will be responsible for managing the HP printer support functions.



Responsibilities will include:

You will manage the printer swap pool.
Manage the consumable supply inventory.
Use WebJet Admin to monitor printers for preventative maintenance.
Be the first point of contact for break/fix service calls with the ability to replace maintenance kits and perform minor repairs.
Responsible for placing service requests for calls needing escalated repair service.
Provide training on the equipment as needed and keep current documentation ( Page counts, Configure pages) on the printers at their site.
You must be Accurate, while helping organize the customer asset inventory.
Constant attention to detail is a must.



Qualifications will include:

High School Diploma
A team player, organized, and self-motivated.
The ability to prioritize.
Outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and management.
Ability to work successfully with computers and software.
Experience with the following software : MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
Ability to lift 70 pounds.
