Network Technician I

Provides technical support for hardware and software in district schools and offices. Resolves technical issues and maintains Novell NetWare and GroupWise software, Windows workstations, peripherals, and various software packages used within the district. Interacts with users and administrators to provide efficient and timely service. Occasional need for work availability during district holidays, weekends or after normal business hours. Ideal candidate will have experience with Novell, Zenworks, GroupWise, Windows XP and 2000, and have excellent communication skills. Technical certifications preferred. Salary range $31,212-$46,290.
REQUIREMENTS
Two-year degree preferred and two or more years of experience.
