Network Support Professional

Southminster is looking for an experienced network support professional to manage and maintain our data and voice technology systems and programs. Responsibilities include maintaining our network, servers, approximately 40 workstations, assorted peripheral equipment, as well as voice/telephone systems. The successful candidate will manage hardware and software resources, work with users to solve business needs, investigate and trouble shoot technology issues, and keep our systems secure, running and up-to-date. Will also be a member of our technology steering committee and play a key role in selection and implementation of new hardware and application systems.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:•Able to work independently in managing multiple priorities and projects;
•A minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server 2003;
•At least 3 years supporting Microsoft Windows applications (Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer) in a 30+ workstation environment;
•Minimum 2 years experience in a Citrix environment;
•Knowledge and experience managing network security;
•Technical certifications and/or formal education preferred;
•Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills;
•Able to deliver and install workstations, necessary software and peripheral equipment as needed.
•Demonstrated training and skills in installing and troubleshooting network components and cabling.
•Experience in a healthcare setting desired.
