Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office
IT Service Project Managers are individuals will lead a wide range of IT process related consulting engagements. These projects may include assessment, requirements definition and solution design as related to key ITIL areas. The work will include implementing solutions including new process components, organizational structures, tools and technology or policies. Individuals will lead the business case development, KPI and metric definition and financial analyses.
Managers are responsible for project planning and prioritization and are held accountable for delivery of results and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities may include:
?Leads the analysis of a client’s current IT (storage) environment and understanding of future needs
?Provides SME knowledge in related to IT processes and practices
?Articulates long-term goals and direction for technical solutions
?Develops and maintains collaborative client relationships focused on value
?Rationalizes IT requirements to reduce costs
?Conducts IT strategy assessments
?Provides leadership in solving complex technical and business issues
?Participates in business development activities including creation of proposals, statements of work and scope definition
?Facilitates decision-making across technical and business groups
?May lead a transformation of the IT function
?Leads team of technical analysts and operations consultants in the planning, design, and implementation of recommendations and IT solutions. Teams may include clients and subcontractor members.

REQUIREMENTS
•Overall 8-10 years of professional experience in required
•Ability to analyze client environment including existing processes and technology
•Experience or exposure to EMC technology or significant competitor technology (HDS, IBM, Veritas, etc.)
•Experience with IT Management tools.
•Experience interacting with all levels of an organization within IT and Business Groups; including ‘C’ levels
•Practitioner or Master Certification in one or more ITIL processes required.
