Network Specialist III

With minimal direction, and periodic review the Network Specialist III / Information Technology Specialist IV will:
*Plan, lead and perform requirements definition
*Document requirements for developers to build and deploy web applications
*Establish and maintain customer relationships
*Drive creation of project estimates
*Follow in house project methodology
*Ensure effective integration of new and existing information systems
*Assist customers in defining test cases and application acceptance criteria

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
*Experience with SDLC and project management
*Knowledge of: web application development
*Experience working in a position requiring developing test plans and cases as well as managing teams through systems and business process testing efforts
*High proficiency use in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
*Capable of facilitating or leading meetings with customers or technicians
*Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
