Network Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Network Operations Manager who possesses:
Bachelor’s degree
7-10 years of combined experience in a network services, desktop services, or help desk capacity with 3-5 years in management capacity
A strong focus on customer service through team and problem-ticket management
Ability to manage projects through cross-functional teams/matrix organization
A significant technical background
Strong Network Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange 2003, Windows Server 2003, Citrix implementation and management skills
Knowledge of Heat Service and Support System
Knowledge of Wireless technologies
Solid network security awareness and knowledge of security tools
MCSE certification is a plus
