Network Operations Center

Basic Network Operations Center alarm surveillance monitoring and ticketing. Responsible for participating in the day-to-day operations of the 7X24 Ntwk Ops Control Center. Provides proactive & reactive network surveillance, troubleshooting, coordination and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events / issues.
Provides technical assistance to field maintenance personnel. Provides trouble tracking, coordination, notification, escalation and documentation to resolve events/issues, efficiently minimizing customer impact.


POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN OVERLAND PARK, KS and ATLANTA, GA.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum 2 yrs experience in network management technologies and environments.


** MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS!! **
Days – 0700am to 3:00pm
Swings – 3:00pm to 1100pm
Mids – 1100pm to 0700a.m
