Network Op Specialist I

Competencies Required:
Basic telephony
Understanding of NGVN/VOIP Networks
Knowledge of basic telephony translations skills
Strong analytical skills
Occasional after hours work required

Scope of Work:
Creating and executing detailed call-through test plans in support of Cable Partner rate center deployment on the NGVN network. A background in voice switching, basic telephony, NGVN/VOIP networks, and/or strong analytical skills is preferred. The candidate will analyze and manage resolution of troubles encountered as a result of call-through testing and document successful and failed call scenarios with detail and work with upstream organizations on resolution of failures for resolving internal and external network issues as they occur and the ability to record results for analysis. The position may require flexible work hours depending on work load and assignments. The qualified candidate should also be able to support cross-functional objectives with the ability
