Duties include the monitoring the operation of the global enterprise network, providing operational support, troubleshooting and restoration of network events and assisting with network change activities. Support the Edward Jones global network environment including data, voice, and video infrastructure as a Team 2 associate in the 24x7 Tempe System Operation Center Monitor, troubleshoot and restore network communications, systems and circuitry.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, etc. preferred or equivalent experience in information systems.
Three or more years experience with routing protocols, leading vendor's routers and switches, and large multi-vendor Layer 2/3 networks.
Experience with troubleshooting and Network Management Systems / Monitoring Systems.
Basic knowledge of financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required.
Off hour shift work is expected.Hours for the position is 2:00pm - Midnight (CST)(JC) *
