Our workforce is staffed with personnel who possess Top Secret/SCI security clearances with Polygraph.All positions are located in the Northern Virginia, Metropolitan DC areaPosition: Network Administrator/Jr. System (Lotus Notes)
Shall perform basic system administration duties to include account management, server/workstation operating systems support, basic system troubleshooting, basic network troubleshooting, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and management.
The individual assists with the daily activities of account administration, first tier troubleshooting of business systems.
Provides assistance to user in accessing and using business systems.
Documents all requests for support in the Remedy Ticket management system.
Assists in installing and/or upgrading software application packages, testing and implementing necessary OS patches, and re-ghosting work-station OS baseline imagesRequired:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of three years system/network administration experience. Requires within the last five years, exp. w/ Windows Operating System, UNIX Operation Systems, UNIX System Admin, Windows System Admin, or Lotus Notes Admin. Work experiences and training commensurate with technology curriculum typically associated with an Associate's degree or equivalent from accredited two or four year college or university.
