NETWORK ADMINSTRATOR
Plan, design and maintain network configurations and provide secure access to the networked resources of PSCU Financial Services' by corporate, remote and member credit union clients. Candidates must possess Novell Network Administration experience; 3 years experience in the information technology industry; the ability to implement and troubleshoot P. C. hardware and software product issues and 3 years experience with LAN/WAN network configuration.
SPECIALIST
deliver training programs to our call center employees. Candidates must Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning or Business Management equivalent combination of education and experience; professional financial services and a minimum of 3 years training and development preferably in a call center environment).
EXECUTIVE
product generalist; promote member relationship management and provide support to include program analysis, development and delivery, internal sales issue escalation. Candidates must possess minimum 5 years experience; knowledge and experience in the card industry; knowledge of off-line/on-line debit and ATM processing and network Siebel software experience preferred.
