Major Duties:

Manage the activities and personnel associated with providing technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop and networked systems.
Ensure that all phases of desktop support, inclduing installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems and operating configurations issues are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked and resolved.
Oversee maintenance of database for data intergrity and security for desktop systems.
Develops information technology projects and provides strategic management and objectives for the department.
Manage training programs designed to educate the system's computer users about basic computer use and specialized applications.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Must have punctual, regular and consistent attendance.Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Computer Engineering preferred or the equivalent in experience.EXPERIENCE:

Two to five years experience as a Network Administrator in LAN and WAN environment.

Experience working with Microsoft NT and knowledge of TCP/IP.

Experience with desktop or server support preferred.
