.NET Web Developer

Purpose: Our client, a leading company in the music industry located in North Hollywood, is looking for an experienced Web Developer to join their Application Development team. This company leads the music industry in global sales with an estimated worldwide market share in 2005 of 25.6%. Its global operations encompass the development, marketing, sales and distribution of recorded music through a network of subsidiaries, joint ventures and licensees in 75 countries, representing approximately 98% of the music market. It is the #1 company in countries which together represent more than 50% of the global music market sales.

The Web Developer will join the B2B Applications Development team that works with the business partner community that includes retailers, publicity partners, radio stations, marketing companies, on-line music companies and the various music labels within our company. This position will be responsible for front-end and middle-tier Web application development using the following technologies: ASP.NET 2.0, C#, JavaScript, AJAX / Atlas, CSS, HTML, and DHTML. Applications are required to run under IIS on Windows 2003 Server and interact with SQL Server 2005 and SQL Reporting Services. Build applications using Visual Studio 2005 in a Team System environment and utilize other collaborative development tools throughout project lifecycles.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have a minimum of two years experience with the following: C#, CSS, DHTML, HTML, JavaScript, .Net, Source safe, and Visual Studio.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
