.NET Developer

Purpose: A client of TEKsystems located in the upstate of South Carolina is looking for a .NET Developer to join their team as a full time employee. This person would also spend about 15-20% of his/her time supporting their network as well.

Daily responsibilities include Web Development, eCommerce support (mail order management, order tracking, PO's, invoices, etc.), communicating to developers, optimizing website for search engines, moving content to website, developing reports using Crystal Reports, writing applications to extract data using SQL and ASP, marketing (developing newsletters, coupons, etc.), and basic network support.

You must have 1-2 years of experience developing applications within the .NET Framework, SQL Server 2000 or 2005 experience, previous web development experience, eCommerce experience, as well as sales and/or marketing experience. It is also helpful to have had some sort of network support experience in the past as well.

Typical work hours for this opportunity are 8-5 and the dress is business casual. Candidate(s) receiving offers must be willing to go through a drug and background screening.
