.NET/BizTalk Developer

Purpose: TEKsystems is seeking a .NET/BizTalk Developer to work on a long term contract with our largest client in the Baltimore area. This is a new program for the client.

Job Description:

*Develop and implement system architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.

*Ensure that systems satisfy the SSA, AHIP, and other applicable security requirements in conformance with published industry and government standards.

*Evaluate, analytically and systematically, problems of work flows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective
actions, process changes and alternative work patterns.

*Assist with the BizTalk and supporting software configuration necessary to
develop and operate BVS in an optimal fashion.

*Assist with the development of the key BizTalk parameter definitions.

*Assist with the development of the higher-level designs for custom .Net software to satisfy the system requirements.

Technical skills essential for this assignment:

*5-7 years experience in the use of structured analysis, design methodologies and design tools, object oriented principles, and experience with the logical, physical, functional, operational, and technical architecture of large and complex information systems.

*5 years systems development in a Microsoft multi-tiered environment using SQL Server.

*3 years development in a Microsoft .Net environment.

*1 year of development and implementation in a Microsoft BizTalk Server environment.

*3 years developing and implementing business to business (B2B)
and/or business to government (B2G) systems.

*2 years developing and implementing B2B and/or B2G security infrastructures that incorporate and manage highly secure file and encryption schemes such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) or Kerberos.

*Pluses: Prior experience within the Federal Government is highly preferred, but not mandatory, as is having prior Data Exchange
experience.
