We're seeking a senior individual who demonstrates an advanced level of understanding and application of general systems concepts and their integration with business problem resolution. Designs, builds, and deploys effective technology-enabled solutions based on proven operations analysis, solutions development methodologies and deployment experience.


Assigned to most difficult, complex, and vital analysis and design tasks associated with multiple, large systems projects
Expert resource on one or more development environments or programming languages
Identify, design, and implement most efficient and cost effective solution through research and evaluation of alternatives
Creates work breakdown structures (i.e. work plans) to execute recommendations
Accountable for effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project analysis and programming decisions and how easily they can be implemented
Maintains work plans, data, methods and results in a way that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital

Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in complex, cross departmental projects involving multiple platforms.
Minimum of 3+ years of development experience in VB/.NET or C#.NET environments
Access/Oracle, or other relational database, and construction of complex SQL experience required
2+ years experience in high-volume transaction processing environment preferred
In-depth knowledge of systems development life cycle and/or operational maintenance environment
Thinks critically about existing process and technology solutions
Develops models, simulations and pilots to research, test and modify designs and solution
Estimates work effort and create appropriately scoped work breakdown structures (i.e. work plans) for work activities to research, design, build and deploy technology-enabled business solutions
Executes against work breakdown structures, monitor work tasks, develop estimates-to-complete and quality assure work team deliverables
Manages multiple deliverables and prioritizes work accordingly
Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to perform advisory role on complex projects
Works under broad, general direction
General understanding of health care industry preferred
Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines
BA/BS or equivalent experience demonstrating advanced level of understanding and application of general systems concepts and their integration with business problem solving skills (MBA or Advanced Education may replace some of the experience requirements)
