Motif QA Specialist

•Work closely with Production Specialists (PS) and Motif Campaign Managers (MCMs) to provide Quality Assurance and ensure that Motif ads fulfill client tracking requirements and function properly. Document issues and interact with PS to provide Project management to resolve and track problems. Work with outsourced QA vendors to support and maintain process as well as oversee and train vendor personnel on QA procedure. At times provide strategic product support/troubleshooting, evangelism, training and assistance for the Motif product family.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Inspect Motif creatives and assure quality.
•Compress, evaluate and upload client videos.
•Assist/traffic Motif campaign previews in the DFA interface
•Document and train personnel on common problems with Motif Ads
•Work with Team to constantly improve Motif
•Participate in training by internal team members•Provide customer support/troubleshooting when needed
•Update/create internal knowledge base articles.
•Be technical and assist Motif Services Team when able.
