Loads specified software packages. Provides training to system users. Observes system functions to verify correct system operation. Answers user inquiries concerning system operations; diagnoses system hardware, software and operator problems. Recommends or performs minor actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation. Minimum 3 years technical or related work experience. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to stoop over, kneel, crouch, and maneuver a minimum weight of 80 pounds Must be able to obtain work permit issued by the State of MS. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Two-year associates degree in Information Technology Possess a working knowledge of SDS, LMS, and Stratton Warren systems
