We are seeking a Marketing Database Analyst / Project Manager to join our CRM Division of the Sales Productivity Team! You will work with senior management and the marketing team to develop and deliver the reporting needs of this fast-growing and successful business. The Sales and Marketing Analyst will research and mine data relating to product sales and performance. Must be able to draw conclusions and recognize implications of data trends. This individual will work closely with our Data Warehouse team, sales organization and other corporate functions to ensure that their data and reporting needs are met.

Responsibilities:Summarize analytical data into user-friendly reports translating technical, detailed data into appropriate business conclusion and recommendations
Track the effectiveness of various marketing programs from response rates to conversion rates and ROI
Manage and create customer files for direct marketing campaigns such as email and direct mail
Support marketing initiatives through reporting, ad hoc analysis, and forecasting
Strong project management skills to plan, organize, coordinate and control the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously
Special emphasis on database marketing tapping into sql server information from our CRM & back office systems
Create mailing & e-mail marketing lists from our internal databases
Track customer behavior such as product set, renewal rate, churn, etc.
Ability to validate and derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources
Understand SQL; experience a requirement

REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical problem solving skills
BS/BA in business, mathematics, statistics or related field
1+ years of relevant experience
Excellent SQL, Access and Excel skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work independently
