Min Pay Annually: $54,000.00
Min Pay Hourly: $25.96Job Description:
Responsible for the running of the daily operations in the local areas. Supervising network and communications technicians including customer service, safety and security, production cost and containment, expense reduction, increased revenues and training. Supervising technicians in the installation and repair of PBX, key systems, voice mail systems, DSL/internet networking, PRIs and other compex business systems. Supervise techicians in the installation and repair of residential and small business services. Coordinating daily work schedules to meet the demand of the workload. Coach and direct technicians for productivity improvements and continued efficiencies. Coordinate vehicle maintenance for directs. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections and evaluations for technicians. Proven ability to work with other support groups. Positive attitude and problem-solving skills required. Manage a quality service level for medium to large businesses. Must possess strong writing skills, computer skills, oral communication skills. Must be motivated to reach goals and directives of the position.Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.There is no relocation package offered for this position.
