Managers must have:
 8-10 years of application architecture experience with significant depth around designing, implementing, and managing critical cross-functional application development and integration projects.  Engagement experience should include IT Strategy
initiatives, middleware implementations, application design and development, and leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates will have experience working as part of a team and leading teams of 3-10 resources
within a consulting environment
Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree is preferred
