Security Technologies works on various technology fronts including but not limited to: strong authentication, chip card, PKI, mobile payment, and biometrics verification. Its charter is to provide technical support to all Citigroup businesses which need help in these areas. The Security Technology is looking for a technical project manager to manage and coordinate the development of software tools/applications which can be used in the technical areas outlined before. It is expected that this employee, under general supervision, can work from user specifications to develop technical specifications and analyze complex software or hardware issues. Performs one or more of the following tasks: designing, specifying, and testing of software utility and process flow, coordinating the project team, and managing the project delivery time line. May provide support to business units in deploying products. Incumbents are competent in most phases of systems analysis, product testing, or systems integration; to work independently and require only general direction for the balance of their activities. May have technical direction responsibilities within the department or project. Typically requires a BS or advanced degree in computer science or a related field, plus over 7 years of credited experience.
REQUIREMENTS


Candidates requires to have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years of software design and development experience. In addition, it is important for candidates to:

be strong in project management
be familiar with Microsoft Project and Excell
have an in-depth knowledge of EMV and PayPass programs
be familiar with software code configuration management system

be familiar with the card issuance and authorization process
be familiar with EMV test tools such as KaSys
possess strong analytical, problem solving, oral and written communication skills
