Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Provide front line leadership, coaching and general direction to Technical Architecture Services staff

Provide direction to project resources required to execute against plans

Manage performance, salary administration, create cost center budget plans, track expenditures and forecast budget needs

Set work goals for multiple work units

Understand the issues, trends, environment and business implications of the technical disciplines impacting management areasJob Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3 or more years of recently demonstrated project or operational management experience

Demonstrated experience managing people and financial resources to achieve date and time-driven goals

Establish, implement and manage work processes and organization structure

Verbal and written communication skills for presentation preparation and delivery to varied audiences to gain support and understanding

Business Specific Criteria (Preferred):

Bachelor or Master's degree in Technology related field

Architect level experience with Enterprise Application Integration

Knowledge of Websphere Message Broker and MQ Series messaging solutions

Experience in application and architecture design, delivery, and operations in an Service Oriented Architecture model

Experience with Rational Unified Process

Experience with an Enterprise Service Bus in support of Service Oriented Architecture
