Manager, I.T. Enterprise Service & Administration

First Quality, a growing family of companies established in 1988, is an industry leader in the manufacture of adult incontinence, feminine hygiene, nonwoven fabric, and other converted paper products. We are currently seeking a Manager of I.T. Enterprise Service and Administration to help with our ongoing business growth in central PA.


This position manages the infrastructure team supporting servers, operating systems, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, PCs, WAN and a Help desk.
Also this position:
•Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization’s hardware and software.
•Ensures proper functioning of company’s information technology platforms and makes upgrades as necessary.
•Insures I. T. Business Continuity plan is current, tested and validated annually at the minimum.

REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
-5 years of experience in managing I. T. infrastructure platforms.
-Business continuity implementation experiences a plus.
-Intel based hardware. Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Wide Area Network. Business Continuity, VM and blade experience a plus
