Manager of Data Reporting and Operations The Manager of Data Reporting and Operations manages the team members responsible for delivering database solutions to the field sales force. The manager is responsible for coordinating and managing information management solutions such as data sourcing, migration, quality, design, and implementation. Manage $3M-$5M in Data Operations, be a Member of Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Team & Field Task Force. Responsibilities Manage group personnel (5 direct reports) by hiring, training, mentoring, and coaching to their expected skill and functionality level Lead the development, operations, and quality control for the Data Warehouse and data solutions used by Sales Operations Maintain the online marketing and sales systems, verify data accuracy, & be a liaison with IS/IT to identify and resolve problems Create standard reporting as defined by Field Analytic Administer the Field Sales Call & Sales Forecasting Systems to provide management with current product potential Present group suggestions and recommendations that are based on practices and procedures in accordance with organization's cost, quality, & productivity goals Specific Skills Extensive knowledge of IMS Exponent Data Ability to conceptualize downstream implications of data structures Experience in Data Verification Experience creating business tools ?dashboard? of reports for field management Process Orientation Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Collaboration builder with excellent problem solving, coaching, leadership, and management skills Critical Thinking This position requires you to look at past and current requirements and understand the global impact of sales and call data. You must understand how the data is collected, formulated, reported, and utilized. Maintain quality control of data input and output through verified processes. Look at past and current objectives to mine for data applicable to unseen opportunities.
