Manager, Channel Inside Sales and Support, Supplie -JJS-6697Manager of Inside Channel SalesResponsibilities: Manage both the sales and custom quoting teams in order to increase channel sales volume and market penetration through a variety of shared activities with sales, marketing and training that support account readiness and strategic selling efforts.Provide a leadership role for sales & support by participating in product training, joint sales calls, coordination of special needs and requests, distribution of sales/marketing information, participation at trade shows and regional seminars.Manage the custom quoting representatives (Sales Specialists) to ensure accurate and timely quotes are being generated for our partner community.Lead initiative in providing pre and post sales support for supplies and service to solve label application issues.Ensure that sales quotas/goals are achieved on assigned accounts, regional goals and out-bound sales campaigns. Develop and implement strategies for Inside Sales in North America, Latin America, and Asian Pacific that support overall Sales/Company initiatives.Build a strong relationship with the Field Sales organization – Develop regional plans that support Sales initiatives/revenue goals.Interface with various internal functions such as Product management, Customer Service, Aftermarket, Hardware, Finance, IS, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales to ensure appropriate coordination of activities, support requirements and timely communication of programs, products and solutions to Our companies customers Develop and implement reporting to manage the performance of the group and individuals.Evaluate and implement technology to improve productivity or responsiveness to customer requirements.Develop and manage department budget according to company guidelines.Directly manage associates in the Inside Sales group. Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Maintain a positive, professional image of the department including preparing and presenting presentations.Qualifications: Bachelors in Business or related field. 5+ Sales and 3+ Sales Management experience selling both direct and through the channel preferred.
