Share responsibility with the Sport Chalet Technical Manager for the track level activities
Â
Manage the activities for the track on a day-to-day basis with respect to schedule, Deliverables, and resources
Â
Manage the development list
Â
Enforce development standards
Â
Manage the technical team to schedule system testing, code migration, and infrastructure activities
Â
Coordinate all activities to develop and test all conversion and custom code
Â
Assist with the development and delivery of technical training materials
Â
Provide daily status to the PMO/Project Manager
Â
Work with Sport Chalet to ensure all technical infrastructure/environments are in place
Â
Manage/coordinate Change Control with Sport Chalet IT Technical Manager and PMO
Â
Works with IT Technical Manager to ensure that technical environments meet all stated Service Level Agreements
Â
Provides Go/No Go Decision together with IT Technical Manager for Technical environment during Check Point Reviews.
