MAC Technician

Purpose: Large public institution in downtown Portland.

Basic Desktop Support in a Novell environment. working with thousand of end users and nodes at multiple locations. Will be installing and troubleshooting hardware and software applications such as MS Office 2000 and Zenworks. There will be some exposure to Unix. Some local travel may be required.

1 to 5 years of practical work experience supporting Macintosh computers is required. Preferably OS10. Certifications are always respected.

Regular 8-5 hours, Monday through Friday. Some overtime can be expected. And, also some limited local travel.Classification:ContractCompensation:
