Litigation Technology Specialist (LTS)

The Information Technology Department has an immediate opening in the Washington, DC office for a highly motivated Litigation Technology Specialist (LTS).

Nixon Peabody's Litigation Technology Specialists (LTS) are responsible for assisting the Litigation Department and associated Legal Teams by providing technical consulting and application support throughout the litigation life cycle. Driving client value and efficiency through the effective use of technology is the primary focus for this growing and dynamic team of professionals. This position is located in the Washington DC office reporting to the National Litigation Technology Services Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of litigation support experience.
Demonstrates organizational skills and effective use of time. Must be able to work independently, plan and prioritize work and manage multiple projects to meet expectations.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels within the Firm and with clients.
Must be able to demonstrate competency and build individual / team creditability with working knowledge of technology and understanding of the litigation process.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationships.
Must be able to maintain professionalism under pressure and tight deadlines.
Functional knowledge of the Firm’s litigation technology. Including; Concordance, Summation, CaseMap, LiveNote and Sanction. Certifications are a plus.
Post time consisting of a combination of billable and non-billable work.
