Litigation Support Analyst

This position reports to the Manager of Litigation Support and is responsible for all aspects of litigation support from the start of a case through trial proceedings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: database creation and management using Concordance, JFS, Sanction, LiveNote and IPRO; vendor management including RFPs; training; trial support; video support; document scanning using IPRO Scan-It; creating and copying CD ROMs and DVDs; providing back up support to other offices when necessary; and providing first level technical support for litigation support applications.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with at least one year of previous experience adminstering Concordance databases, IPRO imaging system and LiveNote. Recent experience with JFS and Sanction is desired. Willingness to work in a team environment and adhere to firm standards is a must. Excellent problem solving ability, verbal written communication skills, able to work under strict deadlines and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and attorneys are also necessary. Ability to work independently in a production environment, flexibility for overtime and availability for occasional travel are essential.
