Lead Test Manager

Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking a Lead Test Coordinator for a key global Animal Health project. The Test Manager will work effectively with business department representatives, business partners, vendors, and internal Global Information Systems (GIS) resources throughout all test phases of the project. This position will plan, lead, and execute critical test functions across all stakeholder teams throughout System, Integration, Performance, and Pilot test phases of the project as well as develop and coordinate test plans, test matrix, high-level process and use cases, test scripts, and coordinate test execution schedules to include tracking defects and working closely with stakeholder teams and the project manager to ensure project schedule is met. Responsibilities: ensure all aspects of required functionality are fully exercised, identify testing risks and facilitate resolution of issues and action items associated with the project test phase, manage project (test scope, cost, and schedule) throughout the project test life cycle, develop detailed test plans (involving client, business partner, vendor, and GIS resources) and integrate IT plans into the overall project plan, develop test matrix and ensure that test scripts associated business processes and technical M&PS are prepared in advance of each phase of testing, operate effectively in a matrix-managed environment, build strong relationships and interface with others (client organizations, technical team members, vendors, contractors, and executive staff), develop and maintain defect and test issue tracking logs, prepare and present test reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis, provide technical consultation regarding test plan and execution optimization, ensure project scope and requirements are fully tested during the test lifecycle.If you are not a local candidate but are relocating, please inform me of your arrangements (i.e., date and city/state you are relocating to).Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC) is a full-service specialty staffing firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions for organizations and career management for individuals in the specialty skill areas of information technology, finance & accounting, human resources, engineering, pharmaceutical, health care and scientific.
