Lead QA Tester (LB -141514)

Description of Responsibilities:

Coordinate with and assist development teams with the following test activities related to their specific interface development:
Review and validate test components of project plans and estimates.
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts based on the analysis of business processes and functions and requirements.
Plan and prepare test resources, including test environments.
Report and escalate issues according to risk.
Create and communicate test metrics and status reports.
Facilitate compliance with policies and standards.
Mentor resources on the application of test methodology to the project.
Participate in testing with GLOBE Template (SAP) Implementation, including:
Plan coordinated testing activities.
Plan and prepare test resources, including testware and test environments.
Execute testing according to plan and schedule.
Coordinate the management and resolution of common issues.
Supervise the testing tasks of from one to three testers.

Description of Application:

The type and number of applications that will be tested are multiple. Testing will include functional, integration and regression testing, with interfaces comprising a major focus of the testing effort.
