Lead BA

Required Skills: 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst and project manager in a capital markets environment required. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation and leadership skills. Must have strong skills in analysis, problem solving, project management, and time management. Must be able to work independently, be resourceful, take initiative and problem solve with minimal daily guidance. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science required. This position requires a seasoned and proven business analyst with a strong background in related cross functional experience. The business analyst lead will be accountable for completing the required analysis and documentation associated with the Messaging component project to ensure compliency with software development life cycle and project life cycle methodologies. The BA lead will work with the developers to help analyze, refine, and document business requirements and convey requirements to the development teams. The BA Lead will have the following responsibilities within the development process. Work with project sponsor to understand and document project objectives and scope. Work with business owners from affected business areas to understand current processes and to document and prioritize requirements. Understand and interpret business requirements into high level solutions. Assist in the development and documentation of detailed solutions through functional specifications.
