Lead Application Developer

This position requires a 4 year degree in MIS or similar track or 5-10 years of application development experience in Windows/Web based applications.


This position will require someone with the ability to work with a wide cross section of project participants. The position will require someone who can coach and mentor other team members in best practices to ensure system quality. The position also requires someone who needs a minimal amount of follow up to be successful.


This position requires knowledge in payroll and employee benefits applications. This position also requires knowledge of the PeopleSoft suite of application tools. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or 8.9 is desirable. This position also requires a person who has excellent written and oral communications skills.
