Junior Technical Trainer

Participates in and conducts technical training programs.

Responsibilities:Determines training objectives.The trainer will work with others on the Training team to create good working relationships and learning environment.Writes training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, tests, and designs laboratory exercises.Lectures class on installation and troubleshooting of security software, following outline, handouts and texts.Administers written, online and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. REQUIREMENTS
Requires 1-3 years experience in a high-tech field.Bachelor’s degree in area of specialtyA+ Training certifications.Knowledge of instructional system design and adult learning principles.Knowledge of computer networking and security principles.Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Visio.Experience using training development software and technologies (i.e. Camtastia, Flash, etc.)Demonstrate verbal and written communication with a strong technical aptitude.
