Java developer - Citizen or Perm Resident only

Complete Description:
Major Responsibilities: Candidate will be a seasoned Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript developer working on the Marketing Applications development team. He/She will work with numerous teams, including business, testing and production support with minimal supervision. Deliverables will include application architecture, software design and implementation as well as deployment of functional and system requirements. Candidate will also provide support in evaluation and recommendation of IT solutions. She/He will also participate in LOE assessments of future enhancements and projects that may impact assigned applications.

Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline. 2 or more years experience in IT organization and development environment. Experience in J2EE and Websphere is needed as well as knowledge in Oracle 9i, PL/SQL, JavaScript and SQL. SiteMinder knowledge a strong plus. Applicant must have good communications skills and ability to adapt to change and take direction
