This is a 3+ month project in Alpharetta, GA. Java/SOA Developer Job Duties Liaison business and development needs leveraging JAVA build and design best practices. Strong capability to manage code promotion, builds, and environments in a Linux/Unix landscape. Develop J2EE distributed applications using JAVA 1.4, Spring, Hibernate, Maven and Message-driven beans and JBoss. Develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) based solutions. Refactor legacy core applications to a multi-tier architecture using Maven 2.0, Spring and Hibernate deployed on JBoss application servers. Develop a robust and scalable JAVA XML import applications; using ANT (XJC) JAXB or XMLBeans, Commons Digester, Dom4j, Xalan XSLT, Log4J and Hibernate deployed on UNIX with scheduled CRON tasks interfacing with content management systems.
