Java/C++ Tenured OOP developers

Purpose: TEKsystems is currently interviewing strong OOP candidates for one of its coveted clients in the Charlotte market. Client has multiple C++/Java development opprotunities for, potentially, multi-year contracts. Said candidate will be responsible for a mixed-bag of C++ and Java modular application development/engineering. Qualified candidates should have solid experience working on a UNIX platform and he/she should be capable at troubleshooting and debugging source issues, desigining and developing web services to introduce into SOA, and working with leadership to define areas of improvement in system effiecinecy and functionality.

This is an open-ended contract; the client may be interested in bringing one or more of the candidates on perm at some point in the project, if there is interest from both ends. Unfortunately, due to the immediate need for a resource and the fact this will likely go perm, only those candidates eligible to work in the US for any employer need apply.
