J2ee Java Developer

Purpose: Our client is seeking a responsible individual to fill an opening for a Java Programmer Analyst with WebSphere experience. Duties include designing, coding, unit testing, debugging, technically documenting, and supporting J2EE web applications under minimal direction. Other responsibilities include developing and modifying complex procedures, considering system capacity and limitations, and preparing detailed technical specifications. If you have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, three or more years of business application development experience, two or more years of J2EE Java web applications experience, and excellent oral and written communication skills, this may be an ideal career opportunity for you.


Job Requirements:
-Experience programming J2EE web applications and building enterprise level applications with scalability and high availability.
-Experience with JSP.
-Experience with WebSphere or other Application Server environment.
-Excellent Interpersonal skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task.
-Eagerness to learn.


Education and Experience:
-Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
-Three-plus years software development and support.
-Two-plus years experience building J2EE Web Applications.
