J2EE / Weblogic 8.1 + Development

Here is a base level of information that I'm looking for as a background, which the Weblogic 8.1 or greater with the J2EE design patterns are the most important aspectsWill develop, maintain and provide support of private/public web sites and applications. Will monitor the performance of the web site and recommend and implement ways to optimize performance. Regular full time, bonus + base, excellent benefits package. Bonus typically averages 20%

Will potentially have to work weekends over much of the coming Spring
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years Java, J2EE, Web Services in a UNIX environment.
(WebLogic server Portal v7 or a major plus) experience to rewrite and enhance a critical application WebSphere or Apache also considered
Must have a RDBMS experience (<Sybase, Progressor Oracle ,LDAP, Struts ANT, IntelliJ (competitor to open source's Eclipse) Will develop, maintain and provide support of private/public web sites and applications. Will monitor the performance of the web site and recommend and implement ways to optimize performance.
