The J2EE/Oracle Developer III will analyze, design, code, test, debug, and implement new and enhancement projects for multiple application areas. In this role you will act as a consultant to business owners, develop and maintain source code, develop and maintain project schedules as well as communicate status updates. You will be required to lead subordinates. In this role you will be responsible for the development on J2EE platform, and integration with existing Oracle APIs via Java and PL/SQL interfaces. Additional responsibilities will include the proposal of technical solutions for provided business specifications, including but not limited too, database design, programming environment suggestions, coding and design, formation of unit testing plans and deployment recommendations as well as follow company development methodology cycle and follow/provide industry standard software development process.Additionally, you will provide detailed documentation at the end of software development cycle for testing phase, develop and maintain source code and project schedules, and communicate status updates.The value we place on our talented team of associates is reflected in the outstanding total compensation package we offer. Job Requirements
Technical Skills Required:
Hands on experience in programming methodologies and languages leading teams for complex large web system development.

Ability to mentor junior web programmers and develop their skills into senior web programmers.

Experience implementing enterprise wide solutions using J2EE.

Experience in relational database design development.

Knowledge and understanding of Web Services and Service-Oriented Architectures.

A minimum of two (2) years of Oracle database 8i, 9i or 10g, SQL (query tuning), PL/SQL, Oracle Developer Application Framework design and development (Forms, Reports, interfaces) background a must.

Previous experience in the development and implementation of large and complex Finance ERP software implementations (Oracle eBusiness Suite) including:
Purchasing (POM), Workflow , Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA), Cash Management (CM), Procurement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of seven (7) years systems development experience.

Fundamental knowledge of programming languages.

Experience in a complex, large company environment.
