Invision Specialist (4685)

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Invision Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support relating to Siemens Invision Patient Accounting and Siemens Invision Patient Management.

Performs modifications and/or enhancements to existing systems. These modifications include, but are not limited to, changes to profiles, Master Files, Reports, screens, system design, conversion requirements, and documentation requirements.

Responsible for system documentation, including file layouts and descriptions, flowcharts, user manuals, and training manuals.

Provide/recommend innovative ideas, processes, and/or procedures for new enhancements, additions, or modification to improve the existing system.

Performs the specific work process relevant to the service delivery area in a manner that meets or exceeds key performance criteria, SLAs, and customer expectations.

Prepare status reports for assigned projects.

Responsible for technical trouble shooting and technical analysis.

Analyzes business and regulatory requirements and applies these requirements in terms of systems and programming.

Manages the day-to-day efforts of process and technology to design, implement, maintain, and innovate the responsiveness and capabilities of areas impacted and supported by Patient Revenue Cycle (ex. Intake/admitting, Health Records, Patient Financial Services, etc.).

Reviews operational reports, identifies opportunities/problems, and makes recommendations for improving Patient Financial Services processes.

Position requires on-call rotation duty of approximately 1 week per month.

Resolving incidents and requests assigned via Remedy.Required Skills:

5+ years of experience with INVISION Patient Management, INVISION Patient Accounting modules.

5+years of experience in INVISION OAS (Online Architecture System)

Significant experience in IT related areas that relates to Application development, application integration, and analysis.

Experience in Healthcare Software Applications such as Patient Management, Patient Accounting, Billing, Contract Management, and Reporting.Desired Skills:

Strong Communication Skills.

Customer and Team orientation.

Organizational skill and ability to lead and manage projects.
