Internet Services Manager

Duties and responsibilities:
Directly supervise the web development team responsible for content and design changes, as well as the site maintenance
Work closely with technology and development teams to plan and launch projects on time, on budget and on spec.
Establish measurable work plans and staffing for projects
Define priorities, authority and accountability structures, determine assumptions, changes, scope control and risk for product development
Facilitate in-depth discussions between cross-functional teams to determine the goals and scope of new features/functionality for the website; effectively manage cross-functional teams to extract information from business leaders to create the overall website functionality requirements and roadmap
Develop an overall website product plan by function and determine necessary resources to execute
Responsible for suggesting methods to improve online operations, processes, efficiency, and service to improve overall customer satisfaction
Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding, and procedures for accomplishing projects
Review and fine-tune specifications and requirements documentation for all product development activity
Manage release notes and external communication of new website functionality and product roadmap
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years managing a small to medium-sized Web Applications Development team.
-Knowledge of web applications development and design in ASP.NET, ASP, C# and/or HTML.
-Must have great team building and team management skills, project management skills, and solid written and oral communication skills.
-4 year degree in a computer-science or related field.
