Internet Marketing Coordinator

Essential Duties:

Answer incoming internet sales leads within one hour.
Turns internet sales lead over to salesperson to complete sale.
Keep Smart Auction vehicles up to date (add and remove).
Maintain our current Sales inventory on the web site
Maintain Fagan Chevrolet and Fagan Truck and Trailer web-pages to keep current with specials.
Assist other dealership departments in compiling a list of customers in a data base and then e-mailing specials/promotions to them.
Post current ads and design and post coupons to the company’s website.
Maintain the Fagan Family Web Page, including membership, statistical reports, e-mailings, updates, coupon design and posting, etc.
Set up and maintain personal computers in the various departments. This includes:

Initial setup
Installing and maintaining printers and other peripherals
Loading department/job specific software as needed
Installing, weekly running and monitoring results of virus protection software
Troubleshooting and repair as needed and appropriate
Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect company operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc…

REQUIREMENTS

· Tech School graduate in a computer or marketing related field or equivalent experience.

· Working knowledge of the internet, web based marketing and PC hardware and peripherals

· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 2000 and XP

· Excellent communication and human relations skills

· Professional appearance

· Excellent organizational skills

· Must have basic mathematical skills (must be able to add, subtract, and work with fractions and percentages)

· Valid driver’s license

· Maintain a level of insurability through our current liability insurance carrier.
