The person in this position will make every effort to maximize and manage Interactive advertising opportunities and other cross-platform sales efforts and will be in charge of integrating these efforts into the overall local, regional and national sales structure.Major Duties and Responsibilities

Must act as an advocate for Comcast Spotlight's Interactive advertising sales efforts.

Serve as the Interactive media expert and support the Comcast Spotlight sales team in achieving their overall revenue goals.

Develop customized presentations based on specific client needs that will increase overall advertising revenue by helping to sell cross-platform campaigns that include Interactive and New Media elements.

Develop positioning pieces, sales sheets, packages, presentations and other collateral materials that will position Comcast Spotlight as a leader in the advertising community.

Attend meetings and presentations with Account Executives and without, and proactively communicate with existing and potential clients about the value of Comcast Spotlight's Interactive media tools.

Provide custom cross-media solutions to promote new business, enhance value and gain market share with broadcast clients.

Educate and train Comcast Spotlight Sales Managers and Account Executives on the benefits of cross-media products and applications.

Develop specific revenue goals with the region's Market Leaders and the VP Market Development for Interactive media initiatives.

Coordinate product distribution, trafficking and overall sales tracking and ensure that the Interactive production process is followed.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years television or radio sales experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.Education:

College degree preferredPreferred Skills/Qualifications

Passion for supporting the Comcast Spotlight team through Interactive advertising.

Media and promotional sales, Internet sales, new media and sales training experience.

Exemplary listening skills and the ability to understand clients' needs.

Proven success as a team player.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills including the ability to get along well with people.
