Manage a department of at least eight fulltime resources, and three to ten vendor staff

(onsite and offshore). There is Group Manager level report to the Department Manager

level. Responsibilities are as follows:

Coordinate with the JFP Infrastructure Development Team and the Project

Management Team to define the content and delivery schedule of JFP releases.

Coordinate with the JFP CitiMobile Development Team and the Project

Management Team to define the content and delivery schedule of JFP releases.

Make assignments to staff to work on separate JFP releases.

Provide overall technical direction and define processes to carry out the JFP

Infrastructure and CitiMobile integration and functional testing activities.

Monitor work progress and identify metrics to measure quality of the JFP

Infrastructure and CitiMobile development work.

Coordinate with QA activities of other JFP functionalities to guarantee the overall

quality of JFP.

Direct the JFP SOE Testing activities.

Coordinate and prepare the JFP Release Qualification and Certification Report.

Monitor and manage the conduct of QA work according to the SDM and all

compliances mandated by Citigroup, NAIT, GDS and eBusiness.

Interview, hire and release full time staff.

Coach and write reviews of staff performance.

Direct the process to interview, hires, and release of vendor staff.

Assist the I&QA Manager to prepare the I&QA annual budget.

Monitor the Financial activities of the Department against the budget and make

reforecast if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS




BS or MS in Computer Science or related fields.

At least 10 years of experience in software development and quality assurance.

At least 5 years of experience in managing technical staff and vendors (onsite and

offshore).

Major strength should include the following:

Strong problem solving and analysis skills.

Understanding problem statements and requirement specifications and test the

system according to the specification.

Organizational skills.

Communication skills, oral as well as written. Must be able to give clear

direction, technical as well as managerial instructions.

Discipline in setting up and following process.

Experience with automated test tools is a big plus.

Technical proficiencies include the following

o Platforms: UNIX (Solaris, HP-UX), IBM-AIX, Windows 2000/XP

o Languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML

o Database: Oracle 10g, MS-Access

o Internet Technology: Web Logic, Websphere, SUN One Web Server
