Instructional Designer

Volt is looking for an instructional designer to positively impact customer satisfaction and be a part of a fast-paced team at one of the world's largest software companies.
In this position you will be part of team responsible for writing training documentation based on established design templates for a Support Agent audience. This group is responsible for 800+ product launches and product updates over the next year! This is a collaborative environment where you will have access to SMEs, design specifications and group standards to write eLearning, effective training deliverables and job aids. You will also be responsible for conducting T3 (train the trainer) sessions via Live Meeting.Volt is an equal opportunity employer.


Requirements:

- Experience writing and creating blended training deliverables including e-Learning modules for a customer support audience is required.

Experience working with Flash, Dreamweaver, Captivate or similar interactive tools to create training is required.

Experience with the MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.

Must be adept at collaborating across different groups/teams as well as working with SMEs to gather and write training requirements.
