Inside Sales Rep

Digital Resolve currently seeks an Inside Sales Representative to assist our growing sales force and support our field sales activities. This person must be an ambitious, highly motivated professional with the experience of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Additional Responsibilities:
•Outbound prospecting to target customers
•Respond to inbound sales leads to answer general product questions
•Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine viability
•Work with Regional Sales Directors to identify key prospects for sales development
•Assist the field sales group in information gathering and meeting scheduling with larger, qualified prospects
•Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
•Work with small/medium size prospects to close business through phone and email
•Report all activities in salesforce.com.
REQUIREMENTS
•A self starter with 3 years experience making cold calls to VP and CxO positions within large organizations
•Ability to quickly learn new software products and grasp technical concepts
•Ability to build a sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
•Ability to nurture strong relationships with prospects
•Experience and success working within a quota and commission structure
•Positive and professional communication skills and excellent listening skills
•WebEx and Salesforce.com experience a plus
