Description:

The IT Program Manager will plan, supervise, and manage
the direction of IT projects on a global level. These
projects will be performed in collaboration with
stakeholders, ensuring the integration, coordination,
timing, and consistency of process throughout. The
incumbent is expected to deliver, within the contraints of
scope, quality, time and cost, complete IT project
solutions utilizing the corporate System Life-Cycle
processes. Overall program budgetary responsibility will
typically be up to $5,000,000. The position will be
expected to manage up to 6 direct reports.


Requirements:


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Previous development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Significant experience with System Development Life
Cycle (SDLC).
- Formal large project /program management knowledge
- Group motivation and discipline.
- Coordinating and fostering teamwork.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- Leading and Managing Others.
- Innovation and Change Management.


MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, PMP
certification, and significant experience within a
regulated industry environment, preferably GxP related.
- Formal Program Management training.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years formal
project/program management experience; or equivalent
combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience of line management, coaching and mentoring
staff.
