The Gallup Organization is looking for a full-time IVR Programming Specialist to join our outstanding technical team.Responsibilities of this position include spec writing, testing, and maintaining IVR applications using a proprietary scripting language. Gallup will provide you with extensive training to master new programming languages used in this position.Candidates for this position must have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree, with 1-2 years of programming experience. Experience with telephony is beneficial.
